MAARTJE:
So good to hear from you! I don’t know how to thank you enough, you gave me the best wedding I could have ever hoped for. Everyone had such a wonderful time, we are planning on all coming back down to playa next year for our one year anniversary!
I’m so glad you all had fun, you both worked so hard and I’m glad you got to see the amazing results.
Tell everyone HI for us, and thank you again.
Take care, talk to you soon,
Laura (ahem… MRS. CHAVERO!! :))

Thanks, Maartje. Playa has really changed since I was last there approximately 10 years ago. I love it. It has grown, but it hasn’t lost its small town charm.
Laura’s wedding was truly beautiful and everything went very smoothly. Having a wedding planner helped make the day stress-free for both Laura and myself. Ricky’s and Laura’s friends all said it was the best wedding and reception they have ever been to.
Hotel Playa Palms was very accommodating to all of us, and I would definitely recommend it as an intimate, comfortable place to stay. Restaurant Sur and Cesar were fantastic. Cesar was easy to work with, and the food, service and presentation were top notch. Spa Itza did a super job on Laura’s hair. They were a little more expensive, but definitely worth the money.
I was very pleased with the service that Father John did for Laura and Ricky. He did a great job.I am very pleased with everything you and Ajua Weddings did, Maartje, and I appreciate everything you did to make Laura’s wedding special for her.
If you need a recommendation or anything, please let me know.

Mother of the bride, June 08, 2007
Ajua Weddings wedding coordinator, Maartje, always takes extra time to ensure that every bride we work with gets her dream flowers on her wedding day.
With photos, descriptions and her own experience, Maartje is able to ensure that each arrangement represents the dreams and ideas of the bride, even with limited availability to flowers.
Two different cultures and religions blend together in marriage. What a beautiful ceremony, filled with mexican traditions, such as the lasso and the blessing of the coins. The restaurant ¨Sur¨ had exactly the look that Laura and Ricardo wanted for their reception dinner. Some roses and petals added just the extra touch to an already gorgous location. When after dinner the mariachis arrived, the real party started! Everyone was singing and dancing along. What a blast!
